Delete your account.

The fastest way is inside the app; it works immediately. Deletion removes your account and everything stored on our servers.

  1. Open Aloft and go to the Settings tab.
  2. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
  3. Confirm. Your account and server data are removed right away.

Two things deletion doesn't touch, because we can't reach them: data stored locally on your phone (removed when you delete the app) and any backup in your personal iCloud, which you control from your device's iCloud settings. Want a copy first? Settings → Export gives you everything as JSON or CSV.

No access to the app?

Email us from the address on your account and we'll remove your account and all personal data within seven days. You'll get a confirmation email once it's done.
